Exchanges or Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. To return items simply fill in the ‘Returns Form’ (enclosed with your products) and return items in original condition (including tags) with completed form. It is your responsibility to return the products of your chosen courier to the correct address within the 14 days.

Any products which have had their tags removed or are damaged will not be exchanged or refunded.

We will refund you as soon as possible the price paid for the Products including delivery costs and the cost of return, by the method you used for payment.

Unless the product is faulty or not as described then you will be responsible for the cost of returning products to us.
